About This Event

As the title "Kep1arcade" suggests, this fan meeting is themed around an arcade game center. Unlike a concert, the event is expected to be centered around game segments with the members, talk corners, and interactive content — a special, up-close experience fans can look forward to.

Venue Information

LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (Shibuya Public Hall) is a storied concert hall located in Udagawacho, Shibuya, Tokyo, with a capacity of approximately 2,000 people. Reopened after renovation in 2019, it is fully equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. With its limited seating, the stage is remarkably close — you can see the members' expressions with the naked eye. It is an ideal venue for the intimate atmosphere of a fan meeting.

Ticket Strategy Guide

Complete Guide to Getting Tickets

LINE CUBE SHIBUYA is a small hall with approximately 2,000 seats. Competition for this popular fan meeting is expected to be extremely high. A step-by-step application strategy is key.

① Fan Club / Member Pre-sale (Top Priority)

For K-POP Japan shows, pre-sales are almost always offered for Weverse or official fan club members. Since you can access tickets earlier than general sales and have a wider choice of seats, registering as a member is essential.

  • Pre-sales are typically announced and held 4–6 weeks before the show
  • Download the Weverse JAPAN app and complete membership registration in advance
  • Pre-sales are generally lottery-based — you enter once during the application period and wait for the results

② General Sale Platforms

Even if you miss the pre-sale, don't give up. General sales are held on Japan's major ticketing sites.

PlatformFeatures
e+ (eplus)Wide selection of K-POP shows
Ticket PiaMajor platform with high reliability
Lawson Ticket (L-code)Convenient convenience store pickup

General sales are also often lottery-based, so applying on multiple platforms simultaneously is generally acceptable (though you will need to cancel duplicate wins if you are selected more than once).

③ Application Notes

  • For events with identity verification (ID check): The name on the ticket application must match the name of the attendee. Applications made on behalf of someone else may result in denial of entry.
  • A credit card or pre-registered electronic payment method may be required to apply.
  • Cancellations are often not accepted after winning, so make absolutely sure of your schedule before applying.

④ What to Do After Missing Out

  • If you miss both the pre-sale and general sale, additional shows, seat releases, or resales of cancelled tickets may be announced. Keep following official SNS accounts.
  • If the official Weverse ticket transfer feature is available, use it as a safe way to obtain tickets.
  • Purchasing from any method not officially sanctioned carries resale risks (see next section).

Resale Risks and Warnings

Understanding the Risks of Resale Tickets

The more popular the show, the more resale fraud increases. Know the risks so you can enjoy the event safely.

The Reality of Resale Prices

At small-capacity venues like LINE CUBE SHIBUYA, it is not uncommon for tickets to be resold at 2–5 times the face value or more. Predatory resellers who exploit fans' desperation to attend are an ongoing problem.

Identity Verification System (ID Check)

Many K-POP Japan shows require presentation of a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, My Number card, etc.) upon entry.

  • If the name on the ticket does not match the name on the ID, entry will be denied
  • Tickets purchased through resale will have a different name, creating the risk of being turned away at the venue
  • Always prepare a government-issued photo ID

Risky Purchase Sources

SourceRisk
Auction sites (Yahoo Auctions, etc.)High prices; possibility of counterfeit tickets
Flea market apps (Mercari, etc.)Name mismatch; fraud risk
Private trades on X (formerly Twitter)Contact may cease after payment; high fraud risk
Overseas resale sitesHigh prices; possibility of fake tickets

Safe Ways to Get Tickets

  • Only purchase from official ticket sites (e+, Pia, Lawson Ticket)
  • Use the official Weverse "ticket transfer" feature if available
  • Purchasing from any unauthorized third party is entirely at your own risk

If You Are Denied Entry

If you are unable to enter with a resale ticket, you will generally receive no refund for the ticket price. No matter how much you paid, there is zero compensation. If you want to "enjoy the show safely and with certainty," obtaining tickets through official channels is the only answer.

Dealing with Ticket Fraud

If you become a victim of fraud, save evidence of the transaction (screenshots, transfer records) and contact your nearest police station or the Consumer Hotline (188).

Seating Information

Seating Guide for LINE CUBE SHIBUYA

Basic Venue Layout

LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (Shibuya Public Hall) is a concert hall with a capacity of approximately 2,000 people. While standing and fully reserved seating arrangements are used depending on the type of show, fan meetings are likely to be fully reserved (assigned seating), allowing you to enjoy interaction with the artists in a relatively relaxed atmosphere.

Floor Layout (General)

AreaFeatures
1st Floor (Main Floor)Closest to the stage. Front rows offer the best sense of immersion during fully seated shows
1st Floor BalconyA slightly elevated vantage point. Easy to take in the full stage
2nd Floor SeatsOverlooks the entire venue. Far from the stage but with a stable sightline

※ Actual seat assignments vary by show. Please check the official announcement.

Tips for Choosing Your Seat

  • Front Center: Closest to the stage with maximum impact. The most competitive area
  • 1st Floor Side (Front): A hidden gem — slightly angled but up-close views of members
  • 2nd Floor Center: Far away but great for taking in the full performance and production
  • Balcony Seats: Elevated with a wide field of view. Even end seats often have surprisingly good sightlines

How to Enjoy a Fan Meeting

Unlike a concert, a fan meeting centers on games and talk corners with the members. Being able to see the full stage from any seat is what matters most, so seats closer to the center will give you a more fulfilling experience than extreme side seats. Front arena seats are the best in terms of proximity to the members, but every seat in this venue offers plenty to enjoy.

Notes on Bringing Items In

  • Large cameras (with telephoto lenses) and recording equipment are generally prohibited
  • Smartphone photography and video recording policies differ by show — follow the announcements on the day
  • Official light sticks are generally permitted. However, modified ones or those that are excessively bright may be prohibited
  • Support goods such as fans (uchiwa) and slogans should be a size that does not block the view of the seats in front of you

Access to the Venue

Complete Access Guide to LINE CUBE SHIBUYA

Address: 1-1 Udagawacho, Shibuya, Tokyo

Access by Train

LINE CUBE SHIBUYA is within walking distance of several stations.

LineNearest StationExitWalking Time
Keio Inokashira LineShinsen StationNorth ExitApprox. 3 min
Tokyo Metro Chiyoda LineYoyogi-koen StationExit 1Approx. 5 min
Odakyu LineYoyogi-hachiman StationEast ExitApprox. 7 min
JR Lines / Tokyo MetroShibuya StationHachiko ExitApprox. 15 min

Most recommended route: Shinsen Station on the Keio Inokashira Line is the nearest station and offers the shortest access. If traveling from Shibuya Station, the route is somewhat complex, so we recommend using Google Maps for navigation.

Walking Route from Shibuya Station (Reference)

Exit from the Hachiko Exit at Shibuya Station and head toward Center-gai (Basketball Street). Make your way toward the Udagawacho intersection, and the venue will come into view just past Don Quijote. First-time visitors should leave plenty of extra time and use their smartphone's navigation.

Day-of Notes

  • The surrounding area becomes extremely crowded before the show. Plan to arrive 30–45 minutes before doors open
  • If there is goods (merchandise) sales, lines will be long, so an even earlier arrival is needed (aim for 2–3 hours before showtime)
  • Shinsen Station is a small station, so on the way home, walking toward Shibuya Station and taking one of multiple train lines is also a good option

Taxi / Ride-Share Services

  • Using ride-share apps such as GO or Uber makes it easier to avoid confusion at pickup spots
  • After the show ends, everyone leaves at once, which can cause taxi waits. Plan your time with plenty of buffer
  • Taxi pickup spots around Shibuya Station are limited — the trick is to walk a short distance away to find one

Coming by Car

The venue has no dedicated parking lot. Nearby coin parking lots tend to fill up on show days, so public transportation is strongly recommended. If you must drive, check large parking facilities near Shibuya Station (Shibuya Modi, Hikarie, etc.) in advance.
